Depression is a normal mood disorder. It causes feeling of sadness. It is very common and serious medical illness. Depression has negative effects on how you feel, the way of your thinking and your acts. But it is treatable. Depression has considerable effects on psychological and physical health. Teenager’s life is full of ups and down. Mostly teenagers face emotional disorders. Experters research tell us that one in 10 teenagers in U.S overlook stress at some point.

Depression Is Different From Sadness
Deaths, loss of job, breakup in relationship are difficult situations to face for a person. These are natural feelings of grief and sadness. But sadness feelings comes in a flow and may be regulate after some time. But if you feel depressed from last many weeks, your mood is going down and down with the passage of time. It is depression.
